Teach First Rebrand

In 2018, Teach First embarked on a comprehensive rebrand under new leadership, aiming to simplify a complex brand architecture and reflect the charity’s evolving role as a driver of change in education and society. The refreshed identity, centered around colourful “building blocks,” visually embodied their mission to create a fair education for all, while positioning Teach First as a facilitator of meaningful impact. Key highlights of the project included photoshoot art direction, cohort data visualisation, and refreshed programme materials.
Collaborating with the inhouse creative team, I led on the development of a new photographic style that placed children at the heart of the brand and captured their energy and potential. Alongside managing all photoshoots and post-production, I also designed digital assets and animated GIFs, alongside a social media brand application strategy, ensuring the new identity was consistently applied across all channels. The result was a visually striking, playful, and cohesive brand that clearly communicated Teach First’s renewed purpose.
